New Delhi: Delhi Police arrested a 31-year-old private airline pilot, Mohit Priyadarshi, for secretly filming women with a lighter-shaped spy camera.
Woman Catches Him in Action
A woman from Kishangarh Village noticed Mohit trying to record her at Shani Bazar. She immediately filed a complaint. Police registered a case under Sections 77/78 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Police Form Special Team
Inspector Ajai Kumar Yadav led the investigation under the supervision of ACP Melvyn Varghese. A team of SI Divya Yadav, HC Yogesh, HC Shyam Sundar, Constable Mohan, and Ct. Vikas joined the probe.
Police scanned CCTV footage and circulated the suspect’s picture. With help from local intelligence and informers, they tracked down Mohit.
